Is it possible to insure a stay with you in case of illness?

Insurance can be arranged within three days of paying for the stay. In addition to the cancellation insurance, accident insurance, luggage insurance and liability insurance are also included. The price of the insurance is 22 CZK/person/day or 27 CZK/person/day according to the selected tariff. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: 4:00 - 8:00 PM

Check-out: until 10:00 AM

If you have any troubles on your way here, please, call the reception (+420607018028). The opening hours of the reception are from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. If you know you won't be able to arrive until 8:00 PM, we can store the keys in a keybox for you. You'll simply pick up the keys and accommodate yourselves. Please, come to the reception the next morning and check-in then. 

Earlier check-in / Later check-out

If you wish to arrive outside of the check-in hours, let us know. The possibility depends on availability and departures of previous guests. If you arrive early and your apartment/chalet is not ready, we can store your luggage at the reception and you can check our compound or enjoy our restaurant, your kids can play in the playground or swimming pool (in the summer). The fee for early check-in or later check-out is 500 CZK per apartment or chalet. 

How can we pay?

We accept credit cards (MasterCard and VISA) and cash payment (only CZK) at the reception and in our restaurant. The nearest ATM is near Wellness Hotel Vista (about 300 m). 

 

Do you offer a discount for loyal guests?

Yes, if you book your next stay within 1 year from the last stay, we will add 5% discount to the price. Please, let our reservation department know so we would count it into the price of your accommodation.

Restaurant and wine cellar

The restaurant is located in the main building of hotel Jiřinka and offers 62 seats inside and 24 seats outside on terrace. Restaurant provides services both to hotel guests and to the public. Parents can watch their children on TV in the restaurant - there is a camera in the play corner. From the chalets/Depandance Slunečník you can walk to the restaurant in 2-3 minutes. From Depandance Větrník and chalet Maruška it is 5 minutes walk. 

Breakfast is included in the price of the apartments of the main building Jiřinka. If you are accommodated in chalets, Depandance Slunečník, Větrník or in Večernice you can order the breakfast for 180 CZK (approx. 8 €)/kids 4-15 years old/day and 220 CZK (approx. 10 €)/people from 16 years old/day. Depandance Večernice is located approx. 2 km from main building.

The wine cellar is opened if needed. You can book the cellar for your group in advance. Our kind caretaker (of Penzion) is more than happy to prepare a wine tasting for you (also must be arranged in advance). The presentation would be only in Czech language. 

What facilities for kids will be available?

Footboard for kids (to get to the sink) is prepared in the apartment or the chalet. Other facilities, such as small toilet seat, seat and bath for children, is available at the reception.

We can prepare a child crib (including bedding) for you in the chalet/apartment. Please, if you are interested, let us know in advance. The fee is 100 CZK/1 night. 

You can store your stollers/prams in our store room, which are equipped with cameras. 

Is it possible to buy/borrow...

Outside grill?

You can use the fire ring that is always prepared for grilling. If interested, you can order sausages in the restaurant in advance. For our guests accommodated in building Slunečník or Větrník (with big balcony or terraces) is available electric grill. The fee for borrowing is 200 CZK/1 day. 

Mountaing bikes?

All you have to do is to ask our nice receptionists and we will prepare the bikes for you, including helmets and kids seats. There are 8 adult bikes and 2 child's bikes available. You can also hire 2 electrobikes. 

Ski and snowboard gear?

We do not provide this service, although hire service is in cabin "Marcelka" near our penzion or in "U Slona".

Dolní Morava discount cards?

You can order this card online or in Tourist info centre in cabin Marcelka.

The Sky walk tickets?

Unfortunately not. There is a possibility to buy a single ticket or a combination with chair lift, also in cabin Marcelka.

Can I take my pet with me?

Sure, you can bring your pet with you. The fee is 400 CZK/1 night.

What wellness services are available and how to book them?

Wellness zone is located in ground floor in hotel Jiřinka. It includes whirlpool bath, Roman setlle, Finnish sauna. More information about prices and rezervation you can see here: WELLNESS 

 

How far from hotel Jiřinka is...

Apartments in Slunečník

Uphill from Slunečník to Jiřinka it is approx. 3 minutes by walking, downhill from Jiřinka to Slunečník only 2 minute (about 150 metres).

Apartments in Větrník

Approx. 350 m from hotel Jiřinka.

Apartments in Večernice

About 2 km from hotel Jiřinka and 500 m from area "U Slona". 

Chair lift

Approx. 5 minutes by walking. From hotel Jiřinka you can use the steps (shortcut) so you don't have to walk all the way around.

The nearest shop (grocery)

Approx. 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes by walking. 

Are there towels and bedding prepared?

Yes, we will prepare one small and one big towel per person and a bedding. If you want more clean towels during your stay, let us know at check-in. 

- stay for 1-3 nights: without providing clean towels or 30 CZK/1 towel
- stay for 4-6 nights: we will provide clean towels once per stay
- stay for 7-9 nights: we will provide clean towels twice per stay
 
At the reception you can borrow a pool towels that are specially for this purpose. We require refundable fee. Please, do not use regular towels from your apartments. 

When is the pool available?

You can use the pool in summer season which usually starts in June and ends in September. The weather may affect the opening and closing. For more information give us a call. 

Is hotel wheelchair accessible?

There is barrier free access to apartments nr. 102 - 106 in the main building Jiřinka and in apartments S4 - S8 in Slunečník. There are not thresholds but the apartments are not adapted because of the showers and toilets (can be seen on the pictures of apartments). 

What to do when there is nobody at the reception?

Please, knock on the door nr. 101 or call +420607018028.
